Rather than defining her work by a single role, Anjelis's career reflects a continuing interest in how people, systems, communication, leadership, and care intersect.
Across clinical and academic environments, she has focused on developing people, strengthening systems, improving the experience of care, and creating environments in which healthcare professionals can grow and contribute meaningfully.
